Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use perlerbeadideas.com ("Perler Bead Ideas", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
Perler Bead Ideas turns images into bead patterns in your browser, with color matching, bead counts and PNG, PDF and CSV exports. Creating and previewing patterns is free and needs no account.
Bead color codes are community reference data. Screen colors and printed charts are approximations of physical beads.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and optionally set a password. Keep your email account and password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or automated scraping.
3. Free downloads and Pro
Free visitors can download a limited number of distinct patterns (currently 3). Exporting the same pattern in several formats counts once.
Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited pattern downloads. Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout: currently US$9.90 per month or US$99 per year. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Billing through Waffo
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for Pro subscriptions. Your purchase is also subject to Waffo's buyer terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Waffo receipt email or by writing to support@perlerbeadideas.com. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed.
If you were charged by mistake or Pro did not work for you, contact support@perlerbeadideas.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund. Refunds are issued through Waffo to the original payment method.
6. Your images and patterns
Images you convert stay on your device; the maker does not upload them. Only use images you have the right to use. You own the patterns you create from your own images and may use them personally or commercially.
Do not use the service to infringe others' rights or to create unlawful content.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that patterns will match every bead brand exactly.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes to paid plans will be announced before they take effect.
